bitcoincams.org is a search engine and linking service. It produces no content, hosts no images or video, and maintains no performer records of its own: model thumbnails are loaded directly from the platforms' content delivery networks, and every card links to the performer's page on the platform.
For that reason, this site falls outside the scope of 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping requirements as a producer of explicit content. Age verification and record-keeping for performers are performed by the platforms themselves before any broadcast:
- Stripchat verifies model identity and age at registration before broadcasting is possible.
- CamSoda requires model age verification ("How do I need to age verify myself" in its model FAQ) before any performer can receive tokens.
